I Receive What I Need

When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be. When I let go of what I have, I receive what I need.~Tao Te Ching

Just like many people, I fell into a trap of never having enough or fell victim to the belief of having to be something I was not. In letting go of what I was taught, I received a valuable lesson that Spirit handed to me. It is in our letting go of any attachments that we receive exactly what we need for the given situations.

Knowing what I know, the Canvas of Life is definitely brighter, more playful and ever-so peaceful. Stepping into the Canvas with all I need…

Between Two Deep Breaths

Sometimes the most important thing in a whole day is the rest we take between two deep breaths.~Etty Hillesum

So the day is not going as planned…so what?! Easy for me to say right?! Right! However, we all have the ability to diffuse our own situation throughout any given day. We merely have to pause, taking in a deep breath…allowing the situation to pass…

Joyous of Colors

Wherever you go, no matter the colors splattered upon the Canvas, always bring your joyous of colors.~Ani Po

The day begins as bright as can be, only to be tainted by another persons field of possibilities. Thankfully, we can choose to engage in their painting of their own reality or we can create our own. The Canvas of Life is meant to be enjoyed no matter what the eyes may see. See with the flesh and it will be seen as it is painted, discovery of a new outlook, with that of Spirit, the painting is magical wherever the attention goes…

Kindness in Giving Creates Love

Kindness in words creates confidence, kindness in thinking creates profoundness, kindness in giving creates Love.~Lao Tzu

Our words and actions have the ability to make or break another persons day. Simultaneously, our day is altered by kindness we have shared. Through a loving heart our days create the most beautiful of Canvas within this Canvas of Life…

The Source of my Inspiration

The richness I achieve comes from Nature, the source of my inspiration.~Claude Monet

Often times we may come to a roadblock or a fork in the rod, failing to see the clearest choice to go. We need only sit quietly, allowing the best possible answer to unfold. I often find myself amidst trees or under open blue skies, waiting for inspiration to enter my reality…

The Canvas of Nature

The Canvas of Nature is never blank, unless we choose to repaint it.~Ani Po

The Canvas of Life is never dull, unless we our selves get bored. The many mysteries that await us, call our very name. We need only engage within the Canvas of Life, infusing our own gift of personality, our own tint of color, our own poetic words. To remain forever happy is to simply be…happy. That which we seek is calling us…

Look Deep Into Nature

Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.~Albert Einstein

Be still, listen, to the effortless motion within the Canvas of Life. No matter what storms blow through, whatever imperfections created by man, nature simply exists without judgment, without care of what is happening around her. This is our mission. Our mission is to find peace amidst the chaos, calm in every storm.

Let go of our beliefs and simply be in existence. Choose the happiness to fill the day, choose Love to be shared with whomever you wish.

Stepping into the Canvas just as our Mother Earth has shown us…with ease. In ease we remove any possibility of dis-ease. As we go forth in our days, listening to the wind tempting the trees, so shall we effortlessly walk in truest understanding…
