Stop Time

Let us stop time,

Just briefly.

So that we may capture this moment;

For this life shall never be the same.

With every step,

We pause,

Capturing yet another frame.

Every breath,

Exchanging with sister tree.

Every thought,

Focused intently on blessing those around us.

As we see beauty around us,

In all its sacred mysteries,

We see ourselves as part of this greater whole.

I am here,

I am there…I am everywhere.

Stepping into the Canvas with intent of capturing a moment. A moment that shall pass as quickly as the next. Divinely as it should, in this moment as we stood. We see that which we might, given through Spirit’s sight. We feel with our hearts, not of flesh…no veil setting us apart…

Happy Life

Very little is needed to make a happy life; it is within yourself, in your way of thinking.~Marcus Aurelius

It is that simple…just be happy. I know, I know…there are those who make excuses for not being happy. Let go of outcomes, drop the pride, release the ego…then and only then will happiness present itself. Nothing else to be done…just accepted into the heart…

Happiness

The size of ones car or house does not bring happiness, it is what goes in them that does.~Ani po

We can acquire all the monetary riches in the world and still remain empty. Build an empire of wealth while still failing to find ‘It.’ It does not come from a place or thing, It just arrives in our hearts.

For It is a state of being, no matter the circumstances around us. We can choose to change with the mood swings of the day or we can remain in a happy place.

Be Happy

Be happy for this moment. This moment is your life.~Omar Khayyam

We wake each new day with gratitude in our hearts. That first breath, first step, giving thanks for another day. For yesterday we did not know what today might bring or if any to be exact. For today has arrived and we are free to choose how to spend it.

Just for today I will not waste a single breath on complaining how it ‘could have been’ or what’ should have been.’ Nope. Instead I will give thanks for what is or is not happening. So…Just for today I will breath in happiness and I will exhale happiness.

Stepping into the Canvas with a touch of happy in our heart. For happiness is not given to us, it is not created…it is merely accepted. As the world crumbles at our feet, we smile giving thanks for this very moment. For in this singular breathe we are happy…

An Illusory Life

The mind lives an illusory life whilst the heart stays true.~Ani Po

This does not suggest the headmind has no useful input in our reality. It merely suggests the headmind is to often preoccupied trying to figure things out and fails to see miraculous discoveries right in front of them.

While the head tries to wrap his arms around a given situation, it is the heart that allows her knowledge to ring forth. Staying true to the heart we are staying true to the self.

Stepping into the Canvas whilst walking in truth. Allowing the heart to lead, employing the head to remain nearby as to offer thoughts and ideas to what the heart truly desires.

Heart Does Not Differentiate

While everything exists in the mind the heart does not differentiate.~Ani Po

While the headmind tries to solve or recreate a non-existing reality, it falls short of understanding what is and what is not. It calls upon the aid of the Heartmind to decipher or recode the headmind to an understanding of things. In unison they are a force to be reckoned.

Stepping into the Canvas without understanding but mere acceptance of what is or is not as unlimited possibilities. We are not here to figure things out. We are here to feel and experience the many differences while accepting them as the same…

Nowhere Else To Turn

Stand Still. the trees ahead and bushes beside you

Are not lost. Wherever you are is called

Here,

And you must treat it as a powerful stranger,

Must ask permission to know it and be

Known.

The forest breathes. Listen. It answers,

I have made this place around you.

If you leave it, you may come back again,

Saying Here.

No two trees are the same to Raven.

No two branches are the same to Wren.

If what a tree or a bush does is lost on

You,

You are truly lost. Stand still. The forest

Knows

Where you are. You must let it find you.

~David Wagoner

Helpless, afraid and alone…we come to a place of not knowing. We are numb or frozen in a dark reality made common to us. We have accepted this reality for it is all we know…so we continue the defeat, self-sabotage and projecting our fears onto others.

Today is the day it all changes. Today is the day we choose differently. Like a director changing a scene from a major motion film, we are able to pick and choose the scenes of our next film. Yes, we are the director of our own film and we are to choose which scenes are cut and which make final production.

Truly there is nothing we need to do and there is never anything we “must” do, but our heart desires something greater so we heed its call with great passion for changing our life story. We can choose to remain as we are, and there is nothing wrong with staying where you are, or we can choose to recreate a life filled with magic and awe.

Just as the Raven sees no two similar of trees, we too shall see many mysteries of life unfold. While similarities do exist on plains of existence, we see things with fresh new perspective as if everything was seen for the first time.

If we get lost, we simply return to the place of knowing we are not lost. If lose our way, ask for redirection. No where to turn, no body to understand our needs…where then must we go? There is no where to go but now here. Return to the wilderness, that forest which resides the most special place within the Canvas of Life. Look outward whilst first looking inward.

Stepping into the Canvas with nowhere else to turn…we fall to our knees. Falling to our knees, asking for safe passage to the forest of all knowledge. A place of safe keeping and where all answers come from. From no where to now here…we arrive…

no where to turn
