We journey inward to self, unleashing hidden fears or hidden strengths. Setting our intentions of self, we set intention for the global canvas of life. As our reality changes so to our world around us changes. As we heal, the world heals.
Holding our own, we are holding space for the greater cosmos. Focusing our intent on clearing our space, we allow healing to take place. As healing within our own space commence, healing and a grandeur plain takes place. At level of self we heal the world.
It is through our own intentions that we share light of hope. In the flicker of hope, others may light from this…passing it onto another. It is said we stand in front of 10,000 possibilities. Meaning for every change we make, there are 10,000 people behind us that are effected. If this is so, what do we intend on doing for self?
Stepping into the Canvas setting Intention. In setting intention, painting a new canvas…a new reality. A thousand realities merge into a single reality of our own.
As we step into the canvas of self, we paint a brighter picture for the world.~Ani Po
It is not our job to fix the world for it does not need fixing. What the world needs is work at the level of self. Healing self, Healing the world.
Through our inward journey of self-realization, we come to a conclusion that the world is as perfect as it is going to get. How we see it will change and how we feel will surely change. It is through self discovery and self-care we find happiness in any given moment. No matter the circumstance, we will find peace and happiness.
As we learn and grow at level of self, the world around us shifts. The world does not need help in fixing itself, but may require more awareness of others. Maintaining self, we learn to extend the same courtesy to mother earth.
We shift, the world shifts. We heal, the world heals. The world around us is merely an extension of self. As we step into the canvas we are stepping into awareness of self and the world around us.
Life has many ways of testing a person’s will, either by having nothing happen at all or by having everything happen all at once.~Paulo Coelho
Ever notice when we have nothing to do we can drive ourselves crazy? Is it guilt? Do we feel we must be doing something with our spare time? Can we grant ourselves permission to just be and sit quietly with nothing to do. In doing nothing we are still doing something.
Ever notice when the ‘shit hits the fan’ it all hits the fan at one time? As soon as we get busy, everything wants our undivided attention! We have a busy day at work, no lunch and no breaks, the phone rings of the hook with more questions that need answering. We feel as though we are going to break at any moment and that is usually when our children step into the picture…looking for our undivided attention. Pop…we lose it. Why?
Are both related? or separate issues? I feel they are both interrelated. If we are conditioned to be ‘busy’ at all times then we feel we have to remain busy. During the busy-ness of the day we are challenged as to how we can add more to our day versus discerning that boiling point and knowing when we are done for the day. Which way would keep from having meltdowns?
Stepping into the Canvas simply allowing. Allowing nothingness to fill our days or busy-ness to do the same. No matter the scenario we shall remain in peace and joy, giving more thanks for the Canvas of Life.
Magnanimous people have no vanity, they have no jealousy, and they feed on the true and the solid wherever they find it. And, what is more, they find it everywhere.~Van Wyck Brooks
With gratitude in our hearts we look not into short comings of life but blessings of such, not down on people but lift them up, not at the darkened clouds but rainbows which follow. Foreseeing lack we merely confirm lack within the canvas, witness abundance and it will forever flow.
Strength restored with gratitude in our hearts.~Ani Po
Our own strength comes from feeling gratitude for daily lessons, daily outcomes and the mere breath of our day. It is through attitude of gratitude our power increase with every breath.
Practicing attitude of gratitude we gain much strength to tackle any tasks, conquer any feats and overall well-being. With each new day, exercising gratitude, we share gratitude with others…giving away our strength to others. In lifting ourselves up, we are lifting others up and vice versa.
Just for today I will try gratitude for even the littlest of things…Ani Po
In a place of darkness and void there is a spark, a thought taking shape and form. This thought becomes my own, giving birth to a thousand galaxies in a single breath.
Observing thought between thoughts new realities are born…continuously and simultaneously. Witnessing and allowing.
Traveling to those in need. Giving hope to darkened reality. Giving breath to void, allowing others to breathe a new reality.
Stepping into the Canvas with no thoughts…just observation. Merely an observation of things creates new thought process and allows infinite possibilities to play out. May the thought between thoughts be filled with joy and love, mystery and awe…Ani Po
It is with great gratitude I extend thanks to those who have come and those on their way. For those who have shared, liked and enjoyed a daily post. Much Love and Gratitude to those who inspire, are inspired and all beings.~Ani Po
