Our own strength comes from feeling gratitude for daily lessons, daily outcomes and the mere breath of our day. It is through attitude of gratitude our power increase with every breath.
Practicing attitude of gratitude we gain much strength to tackle any tasks, conquer any feats and overall well-being. With each new day, exercising gratitude, we share gratitude with others…giving away our strength to others. In lifting ourselves up, we are lifting others up and vice versa.
Just for today I will try gratitude for even the littlest of things…Ani Po
