I Am As It Is

I am which you say
I am which I believe
And all realities in between
I am as it is

The shadow
And light
Pure love
And sorrow
And all realities in between
I am as it is

For the path before
Behind
Present
Choosing as I am to be
What I seek more of in this world
I am as it is

Reflecting mirrors

All around

That which seen out

Shines within

I am to you

As you to me

I am as it is

Stepping into the canvas fully aligned…in balance…I am as it is.~Ani Po

Maintaining Balance

Sustaining the body,

Feeding Spirit.

Losing the mind,

Creating world anew.

Seek answers,

Creating yet again.

No more answers,

No resolution.

Just Be.

Their reality,

Colliding with our own.Meet and greet,

On the Canvas of Life.

Redirecting,

Recreating,

The Canvas as we see fit.

Maintaining balance of self,

Maintaining balance…

Of Divine Proportions.

~Ani Po

Blocking the sunset on a perfect afternoon

Divine Dichotomy of Self

We sit,

With our own unanswered questions.

Seeking,

Never to find,

Or conclude as we see fit.

With every answer,

Comes an opposing thought.

Divinely perfect,

As it is supposed to be.

Death and destruction,

Birth and constructs of our being.

It is,

Is it.

We see fit,

To our own curiosities.

Fighting amongst others,

Fighting amongst self.

Wrestling with self,

Own thoughts consuming or creating.

It is,

Is it.

We are,

Just Being.

~Ani Po

The Sacred within the Canvas

Every pebble,

Fish,

Birds of a feather,

Two-legged upright…

All are sacred.

Dandelion,

Mango,

Chicken,

Or sweet potato pie…

All are sacred.

Within the sacred stone,

Or flesh of another…

Remains medicine for the soul.

Within the sacred sky,

Or waters of the sea…

Remains medicine for the soul.

One roof,

One house,

One family…

All sharing a sacred Canvas.

Giving,

Receiving,

Sharing,

Breaking bread…

One roof, One House, One family…all sharing a Sacred Canvas.~Ani Po

Boredom

Traveling the world,

Seeing all that we can.

Still…

More to see.

But for a moment,

Thoughts of not knowing.

Embracing this moment,

Feeling a sense of something higher.

We quiet the self,

Connecting to higher.

Seeing nothing at this moment,

New galaxy emerges.

Stepping into the Canvas with no beginning or end, merely ever-present and ever-creating life that soothes our soul. For in this blissful moment or painful hour…we breathe…erasing boredom…painting a new canvas before us…Ani Po

The Song of the Canvas

The song of the wind,
Blocked by fear.
The song of brother sun,
Blocked by anger.
The songs of rustling leaves,
Frozen in doubt.
Our furry four-legged friends
And feathers flocking to soothe my soul.
Letting go,
The Orchestra begins….
The song of the canvas soothes my soul.~Ani Po

Sacred Space

Finding oneself standing within sacred space.~Ani Po

What is sacred space? Can it be found in a building? Out in the forest? In a private room? The answer is yes. Sacred space does not exist in any one place but remains a state of mind. Seeing all as sacred, we enter holy ground.

Soon everything holy, everything a message from divine. Clarity in sight, sound and feeling remains of certainty. Holding space for self, community and global brotherhood, what was once a challenge, becomes a new norm.

Painted by divine, received by spirit…our Canvas of Life becomes the most sacred of spaces. Our Space…held with highest esteem remains for self…given freely at will.

Kissing the earth with every step…in peace and love…painting a new reality, new possibility for all humanity…
