Thought Between Thoughts

Thought between thought.
In a place of darkness and void there is a spark, a thought taking shape and form. This thought becomes my own, giving birth to a thousand galaxies in a single breath.
Observing thought between thoughts new realities are born…continuously and simultaneously. Witnessing and allowing.
Traveling to those in need. Giving hope to darkened reality. Giving breath to void, allowing others to breathe a new reality.
Stepping into the Canvas with no thoughts…just observation. Merely an observation of things creates new thought process and allows infinite possibilities to play out. May the thought between thoughts be filled with joy and love, mystery and awe…Ani Po

Appreciate Kindness and Compassion

Whether one believes in a religion or not, and whether one believes in rebirth or not, there isn’t anyone who doesn’t appreciate kindness and compassion.~ Dalai Lama
So many varying opinions and beliefs, it is easy to fall trap to judgment or resentment. Because two trees are different, they should not learn to grow together? Just because two animals of a different breed or class of animal, does not mean they cannot get along.
Looking beyond the conditioning of belief, we see all beings in harmonious fashion. Seeing all with Love and Kindness, we no longer see differences. Banding together as a greater whole, the Canvas is nearly complete.
Go out and share in Love…now it is Complete…Ani Po

Stepping into a Change of Self

Very often a change of self is needed more than a change of scene.~A.C.Benson

Too often looking outwardly, interpreting what we see. Judging good versus bad, pretty versus ugly, joyous and angry. Merely our own interpretation. Finding ourselves in an uncomfortable situation or in a difficult jam, frozen in our own fear or further judgment.

Being present in any given situation possibly amidst chaos or despair, but no longer affected by sadness.  Being present in any given situation we are free to interpret whilst remaining in peace if we so choose.

Maybe there is a co-worker who annoys the tar out of you, or they just don’t get it?! What if…it is they who get it and you whom fail to see truth? Skewed by anger, we only see others as needing to change.

Maybe we spend too much time trying to correct others for varying beliefs, by our standards, and not enough time enjoying what the Canvas of Life has to offer. Seeing differences, celebrating beauty…we shift our thoughts from self to global consciousness. In all the varying colors painted upon the Canvas, we rejoice at the many thoughts and ideas that assemble into one.

Instead of looking how to change things, ask how can we change? Instead of changing scenery, how can we change ourselves?

Stepping into the Canvas with a new perspective…a change of self. We are not to change any one person in the world but merely ourselves. While there is nothing to be done, if there is…it is with self-realization.

Connection within Nature

The connection within nature has far greater speeds.~Ani Po

Not sure if this has happened to you or not, but chances are it has. Most everyone I know has lost their internet connection at least once. The story is usually the same…”oh my goodness, what do I do? My internet is out…I do not know what to do!” The reaction is usually that of despair, as if they just lost something of great value.

I smile, searching for higher meaning. We could say we are to disconnect or exercise patience…or we are merely to learn how to handle the suffering that comes from our lack. Regardless of the lesson, the truth remains. We are riddled with suffering over something taking control of our lives. Does our life end because internet connections are lost?  Not at all!

Nature’s invitation is to reconnect with a greater internet speed…that of nature. No lost emails, no slow loading pages, no wifi outages, nope…nothing. The connection is always present, inviting us to connect with higher speeds.

Stepping into the Canvas disconnecting, only to reconnect. Connecting with faster internet speeds, we have infinite resources at our disposal.

Sifting Through the Rubble

Sifting through the rubble, discovering hidden gems.~Ani Po
Imagine walking along the shores of an ocean or favorite lake. Setting out to merely get away, escaping monotony of our day. It may take a few minutes to reach the desired location or it may have taken longer to get to our favorite spot. Nevertheless, upon arrival, something happens…a sort of overwhelming peace begins taking hold of thoughts and memories of the day.
Losing ourselves to thoughtless thought, we begin our search for that ‘right’ stone or something of rare beauty. In this moment we are caught sifting through pebbles upon the shores. Admiring the beauty and individuality of each stone, there still remains desire for a continued search of hidden treasure.
There are pointy stones and smooth ones, elongated and rounded, flat and oddly shaped…all of them unique to their own self. With each stone noticed, their beauty begins to rise over entirety of the lot. Each one more beautiful then the rest, whether sharp or polished from the sea bed floors. With every tide there remains further potentiality of more polishing of a beautiful gem, finding it even more of a treasure. What was once dull or jagged, is now smooth and polished.
Literally sitting on the shore sifting through rubble, discovering hidden gems of Sea glass and/or polished gemstones or inwardly sifting through personal rubbish, finding hidden treasures within. We can find beauty within the Canvas of Life or we can find our own beauty within the canvas of life. As we seek outwardly, looking inwardly…reflecting on many examples within the Canvas of Life.
Seeing the hidden beauty of each stone that surfaces, reflecting back at our own hidden beauty of self. Through outward evaluation or inner gaze…we come to similar conclusions…we are that hidden gem.

Seen or Unseen

See or unseen,

Right or wrong.

Up or down,

Left or right.

In and Out,

Dependent on how we see it.

Joy or sadness,

Anger or bliss.

Hatred or love,

Dependent on how we see it.

Those around us with varying thoughts,

Not matching our own.

Are they right or wrong?

Different or are they the same?

Nothing differing and nothing the same,

It just is.

Our perceptual understanding,

Our level of reality.

Dependent on thoughts around us.

Thoughts real or unreal,

They remain our own.

Whatever the reality,

Owning or dissolving reality.

Enjoy it or hate it,

We are left merely with a choice,

Seen or unseen it remains dependent on how we see it…Ani Po

Deeper Understanding

This is my reality,

from the depths of my soul.

Once voided out black,

Now illuminating with technicolor.

What I see you do not,

What you may see remains foreign to me.

Blue because that is what they have said,

But is the blue the same for me and you?

The depths of my understanding, written upon the Canvas,

For it may not be understood by another.

Likewise your truth is yours,

May not be my own.

For in understanding I see what you see,

You hear what I hear.

In collaboration we create a beautiful masterpiece,

Left for self interpretation.

Stepping into the Canvas with yet a deeper understanding. As we unravel one truth to the next, we come to yet another. Knowing very little, once knowing everything, our reality is dissolved in a single stroke of the Masters’ brush upon the Canvas of Life.
