Our Inner Circle

In life we have many circles. Circles sharing common interest, others relating to our interests, our hopes and our dreams.
Then there is an inner circle that is not seen. A circle of no names. This council sits with us when we need to dive deeper into the cosmos of reality. Strength is restored, wisdom shared and love is only word spoken.
Call on this council freely go to this inner circle…they are waiting to greet you…Ani Po

Giving Thanks

Waking to the morning sun or a beautiful song, giving thanks for another opportunity. Whatever holds us to yesterday, it is gone and we remain in the forever changing present. It is this moment we find peace in our day, setting forth our intent for the day.

The fact we are awake…a blessing in itself. The fact we have another golden opportunity to share peace, love and joy…another.

Awareness

Awareness

Recently there is a deeper awareness of those around me. Seeing myself in their behaviors.

Just like someone addicted to smoking or alcohol, there is a deeper addiction we may have. Speaking from personal experience of course…unsure of what others may relate to. Is it a soulful addiction that I have clung to?

After last couple sittings, there has been an overwhelming desire for calmness and quietude/ communion with nature. When engaging with others and realities of the day, I am witness to hostility or maybe overwhelming thoughts of fear and anger (not my own but others projecting onto me)…pointing fingers and projection on others for own lack of understanding.

I do not want to play that game anymore. I am just going to be.

But how does one react to others when as soon as you speak a single word there are accusations of getting “worked up?” While simultaneously laughing internally at the accusations? Is it worth our time to speak up at the accusations or is it better to take a breath? Allowing things to diffuse or pass. Will there be resolution if it is not dealt with?

What are your thoughts? What do you choose?

Stepping into the Canvas sending silent blessings to those around us. For lack of understanding or a misread, we could correct the others or we can simply smile and send them silent blessings. So for today…let us try to send healing and peaceful thoughts to those pointing fingers…

That Which Does Not Exist

That which does not exist shall be made known unto thee.~Ani Po

Sitting upon the stars once again, looking down at the many faces, seeing a commonality of self.

Processing that which was unknown with much clarity it is as it was all along.

Sitting out back…giving thanks for this lesson…

Spending an Eternity Looking

Through own self-inflicted madness we divide. Whether seeking or finding we lost a connection with knowing.

Sitting upon a star looking into our galaxy witnessing chaos within a single atom, within a single person…that person reflecting back is me.

From seeking to finding, allowing and observing we arrive to where we have always been…knowing.

Spending and eternity looking for that which was there all along…Ani Po

One Reality at a Time

Your reality is yours;

Mine is my own.

Theirs is theirs;

Ours is our own.

Coexisting in a single reality;

Amidst a trillion more.

To cohabitate;

Receptive to a trillion more.

Free of self judgment;

Or judging other realities.

Whether a billion;

Trillion or more.

In a single thought a reality presents;

Allowing a reality within a reality present itself.

Observing infinite possibilities…one reality at a time…Ani Po

Words Not Yet Spoken

Our thoughts are words not yet spoken.~Ani Po

Whether spoken or not yet, our thoughts can paint a brighter or murky day. Guard not only our lips, but words which go unspoken. For our thoughts become things.

Set a good intention for the day versus more self-defeating concepts our day is going to end up anything other than amazing. Self-defeating or empowering notions…our day will match the intent.

Stepping into the Canvas practicing positive thoughts. Thinking positively, we are speaking, acting, and/or walking positively. It all begins within the confines of our thoughts. Give it a try. Replace self-defeating thoughts with good ideas. Stuck?! Then regroup or redo until desired outcome.
