I have traveled thousands of miles, halfway across the globe, but I have never been more scared than during the short journey inward. It is said the shortest point between two points is a straight-line, connecting the dots from mind to heart, while at first glance short, is often the longest journey traveled. Traveling in can scare the pants off us.
Those daring to travel in, shall find the true self…Their own guiding light. It is through self-discovery we find answers to all things: why the sky is blue, why the sun rises in the East, why animals sniff each others behind. It is also through self-discovery we find answers to ourselves. No greater gift than giving ourselves an inward journey. When we gift ourselves we gift humanity.
“The kingdom of heaven resides within, we need only find the key.”~Joseph
The key to paradise is housed within ourselves. Going in we find this key, gaining access to all things, all answers, returning to a place of ‘All is Good.’
“To travel inward is to travel ‘In Word.’ Metaphorically and quite literally we can travel inward to find paradise.~Joseph
How does one get there? How does one go inward? The secret to going in is through silence. In solitude we find quietude, in quietude we find ourselves. In nothingness we find everythingness; in everything we return to nothingness. Dare to go inward… Paradise awaits.
Stepping into the canvas on an inward journey. If nature is the canvas of God, we need only step outside to enjoy. If the Kingdom of Heaven resides within the self, we need only go inward to enjoy all its beauty. Journey inward… And find all there is… Paradise awaits.
