We have all heard the phrase “It is not the destination that brings us great joy, but it is the joy of our journey which does.” What does this mean? It means just that. No matter what happens along the way, we are to remain in awe of the process. Trust the process and we shall enjoy the journey…

The key to happiness is being able to retreat to that place of bliss no matter the mundane. No matter what if thrown our way, we have the ability to remain in happiness. If the days prove to powerful, we can always retreat to nature…overcoming all our worries of the day…taken to a place within thyself.
