About Joseph

Stepping into the Canvas is about taking the first steps into the Canvas of Life. It is said that God is the creator and nature is His Canvas. In a world of technologies, distractions and light-speed evolution, we are left to remain in the dark. Truth is laid before us, falsely, by our collective whole. You are invited to step out of the ordinary and into the extraordinary. We are not meant to be suppressed and controlled, fearful and miserable, alone and scared, hateful and destructive. No, instead we are meant to be free. Free to Love unconditionally, creating the life we were meant to enjoy. Instead of divide and conquer, we shall come together as one. My intent is to share my thoughts in this blog, so that it provokes others into a self-discovery of themselves. While I have found happiness in my life, my hopes are to charge my viewers to see a different side to their current situation. It is said there is a spiritual solution to every opportunity, why not give it a try. I am a Father, Husband, Friend and Brother, a Healer, a Teacher, and a Student. Enjoy studying energy works, self-realization, Love in Action, and just the nuts and bolts of how things tick. Please feel free to look around and Share away! Much Love to you and Peace Profound...Joseph

Witness the Beauty

Witness the Beauty

Culminating truths unfolding

To see the canvas of life — in its truest form — is to see beauty in all its disfigured articulations.

Questioning the possibilities — they will — not looking deep enough to see perfection within the imperfections. We are all imperfectly perfect and flawed in many ways. Reflecting and projecting — seeing and believing.

Witness the shadows of self, others, and ancient traumas passed down from generation to generation. How did we get here? Where did all our triggers of anger and fear begin?

Dig a little deeper — witness ancestral passed — culminating truths unfolding and unraveling as inaccuracies or ‘untruths.’

The Canvas of Life tells a new story by reinventing truth — present reality. A story of beginning and end — unfolding daily and flowing as it always has.

Our attachment to end goals — what is real or fantasy, trips us every time. What if we just observed — allowing our truth to present itself through every step — kissing Mother Earth in peace and love?

See pain and suffering, witness miracles of the day, see from a higher perspective — observing the wholeness of Great Mystery.

Thank you Diana C.. Ravyne Hawke, jules, Spyder, and the whole Know Thyself Heal Thyself family for housing these words.

Much gratitude for those who take time to read, ponder, and allow the inner workings of self to come forward. Grateful for the feedback, love shared, and, more importantly, the Dance with Inspiration. Deep Peace.

Within Nothingness

Within Nothingness

Everything returns

Photo by Aamir Suhail on Unsplash

The quiet before the storm
as no birds chirping
wondering what comes next.

Maybe the world collapses
or possibly our universe
remains in peace
the solitude of mountains
perpetually affixed on contentment.

Resting on nothingness
answering to nobody but
self-realization
everything exists — this moment in time.

We are the quiet
eye of existence
with the storms reverberating
sounds of All There Is ringing clear.

Too busy with the monotony of our daily events, we forget to enjoy the special moments throughout the day. Caught up in the busyness, we fail to see the beauty in the nothingness. Further, we feel a need to keep busy…continuing the cycles of our days.

It is within nothingness, we find the greatest reward. Happiness may not be found in the stuff or the busyness, but in the quiet moments with the self. Alone, quiet and of no thoughts…we find all we need to know.

In nothingness, everything returns.

May joy be found in the quietude of existence.
