About Joseph

Stepping into the Canvas is about taking the first steps into the Canvas of Life. It is said that God is the creator and nature is His Canvas. In a world of technologies, distractions and light-speed evolution, we are left to remain in the dark. Truth is laid before us, falsely, by our collective whole. You are invited to step out of the ordinary and into the extraordinary. We are not meant to be suppressed and controlled, fearful and miserable, alone and scared, hateful and destructive. No, instead we are meant to be free. Free to Love unconditionally, creating the life we were meant to enjoy. Instead of divide and conquer, we shall come together as one. My intent is to share my thoughts in this blog, so that it provokes others into a self-discovery of themselves. While I have found happiness in my life, my hopes are to charge my viewers to see a different side to their current situation. It is said there is a spiritual solution to every opportunity, why not give it a try. I am a Father, Husband, Friend and Brother, a Healer, a Teacher, and a Student. Enjoy studying energy works, self-realization, Love in Action, and just the nuts and bolts of how things tick. Please feel free to look around and Share away! Much Love to you and Peace Profound...Joseph

We are handed down thoughts, patterns, and traumatic experiences of the same. Ego-based, clenching to past, keeping safe within our own skin. This is what we were taught. Survival of the fittest no longer fits our mold of reality.

Again, we are told, Let it go. All of it: past, present and future. Our attachment to everything yields our own demise. Stuck in a loop of consciousness, fighting within our own heads.

Broken pieces held together with Great Mysteries embrace.

Our traumatic thought, past driven reality is labeled as familial trauma, ancestral habits or childhood events. Retracing our steps into the past, lightly holding to tethered rope, we witness Canvas within. What makes us tick, think or operate as we do.

We hold lightly to remain centered on letting go at any time. We allow energies to flow of past/ present self — seeking a brighter future, redirecting energies flow.

No longer tethered by past, present, or future thought of past familial, ancestral, past-life, or childhood experience. We accept this moment in time as It Is; we are free as Nature’s Flow.

Thank you Sahil Patel and Lifeline for housing these words. Thank you for the weekly prompts.

Much gratitude for those who take time to read, ponder, and allow the inner workings of self to come forward. Grateful for the feedback, love shared, and, more importantly, the Dance with Inspiration. Deep Peace.

Time: The Absence of Moments Flow

Time

The absence of moments flow

Photo by Şahin Sezer Dinçer on Unsplash

Caught between somewhere and nowhere before
thoughts giving strength to attentions flow
pain-bodies flaring songs
mind-trips self-inflicting record skips.

In silence

Quieting mind to hear universal thought
as it was, as it shall be
destructive forces — forcing our hand
bowing before the inflicted voices
falling into metaphorical traps.

Ticktock

Travel the sands of time
motionless — briefly taking in changing seasons
seduction of anima’s eternal flare
calling to the inner self
stepping into paired realities.

Battled forces of good and evil

Existing in our mind
wrestling with forces external
tormenting internal caverns of being
that it may — we remain
in the timeless flow of Great Mystery.

It is so

The time has come
to do nothing and everything
coexisting in energetic flow
of lost kingdoms
paradoxical glow.

Thank you to Libby Shively McAvoy and Jeff Langley, for this weeks inspiration. Reading their stories, triggering thought and allowing self to travel into the void of consciousness, recalling personal techniques for remaining centered in peace.

Thank you Thomas Plummer, David Rudder, Gurpreet Dhariwal, Francine Fallara, the whole editing staff at Blue Insights, and those who participate in the dance of life.
