It is not so much that we see this or that, but we see for what they are not. When the lights go out we see the absence of light;  While going high in the sky we lose the depths of the sea. Similarly, we have the ability to focus on that which we want in our own lives.

If there is suffering, we can still remain focused on the blessings within our lives. In doing so, we attract more blessings into our lives.

At first it may seem cold and heartless…not at all! While suffering still exists we have the ability to aid when possible, without causing any burden upon the self. Becoming burdensome it is no longer a blessing but we have entered into the world of suffering. Help when we can, we must…but remain focused on what matters most…happiness.

See the beauty all around, whether through the eyes of suffering or the eyes abundance…for all are a blessing of abundance…
