Every Breath
Every interaction the same.
The bird at morning coffee
Singing a glorious tune.

Spyder*
Creepy crawly
Invading our space.
Sounds of rubber
Rolling along concrete jungle.

Honking.
Projected voices screaming obscenities
Gentle whispers of Love and compassion.
Sunrise.
Sunset.

On our way
Or here and now.
Returning Home
Seeing
Everyday is a Celebration.

Chances are if you have found your way to Know Thyself Heal Thyself, you are on a path of self-discovery, whether you are new to traveling the shadows of death or a seasoned veteran to this thing called Self-Realization. Makes no difference where you are, just that you are.

Applauding those on their way, digging up the darkest of secrets hidden within the self, we celebrate with you!
