Deep Within the Canvas

Deep Within the Canvas

Our hearts beating as one

We arise each day with many choices in our being. Do I have morning coffee? What to have for breakfast? In the interest of time, we create habits or rituals to be more efficient throughout our day.

We have the same breakfast — adding one or two cups of coffee to start the day because that is what we think will start our day in the right direction. While brief, it may, but can we sustain this feeling throughout our day?

A mere sip into a greater feeling, unsustainable or prolonged effect intently forward?

If we act in a certain way or do certain acts, we will have a more positive experience. While it may be so, what if the day does not go as expected? Can one sustain positivity during times of difficulty? Unfortunately, our attachment to how the day should be, how we should act, or what our appearance should be, may only lead to more suffering.

As the world spins around us, inclusively turning, how we respond changes the directional pulls of universal thoughts. It just is.

Our attachment to how the Canvas of Life ‘should be’ leads only to more suffering. Allowing the Canvas of Life to be as it may, while exchanging a dance with inspiration or harmonizing to a magical tune, we find ourselves unattached, untethered to what the world around us says we ought to be doing.

In a world of bypassing, we connect to all there is.

Attached to an outcome, we find only pain and misery. Attached to experiencing All There Is, we lead an awe-inspiring life. Deep within the Canvas is a Heartbeat. Those willing to listen shall hear — feeling a deeper connection to All There Is. No attachment, just awe-inspired.

It is…as It may…

Awareness of life’s unfolding mysteries, we remain in awe. Is it a sign or is it just life synchronicity?

Oh, the blue feather
fallen at my feet.
Must be a sign
of something
someone
communicating from another realm.
Hawk screeches
flying overhead
messenger.

What does it mean?

Affixed on the story
meaning of sorts
stuck
dwelling — never knowing.
Breathe.
Winds gentle whispers
clouds blanketing sun
connecting.
Mother calls
step gingerly in her presence.

Spinning in thought
sitting quietly — amused
bursting into laughter
tears welling.

Painting the skies
land
water
burning desires
given birth.

Oh, the blue feather
fallen at my feet
awakened my Spirit
eternal gratitude It Is.

Open to receiving great messages from beyond — left wondering if it is a sign from the spirit of life itself. Is it a sign? or merely a trigger to life’s mysteries unfolding, fading memories and heartfelt transmissions of something great?

As simple as a Japanese maple leaf, triggered thought, captured moments and memories withholding, Jenine Bsharah Baines expresses her gratitude through a chance (or was it) moment in time.

Thank you Filza Chaudhry and Heart Revolution for housing these words.

Much gratitude for those who take time to read, ponder, and allow the inner workings of self to come forward. Grateful for the feedback, love shared, and more importantly, the Dance with Inspiration. Deep Peace.

The Passing of Another Day

Photo by amanda panda on Unsplash

No thought
thousand words a minute
train wreck
baby Otter swimmingly
trapped in wretchedness
free as clouded skies floating effortlessly
governed definitively
provisional belief
so many answers
yielding more questionable thought
attempts to define what is
no longer is it
submitting to Canvas, It Is.

Is It not passing of another day?

Messengers approach
perched high up in the neighboring tree
reconnecting to my heart
unanswered thought fleeting
like the winds of change
ticking away the sands of time
fading truths
uncertainties kissed
double-dipped
in chocolate’s delight
touch me forever and day
not later but the nonce.

What have we lost — days passing of another, left to ponder yet again in this present moment now and forever. I read this piece by David Rudder, which inspired me with yesterday’s news. As always, thank you Woodworkers of the World Unite for housing these words and all the woodworkers out there sharing your works,
