The Deeper the Understanding

The deeper the understanding the deeper my travels into all there is.~Ani Po

Our understanding of things comes from our daily relationship within the canvas of life. As we step out into nature, greet another being or simply breathe in life existence, we gain another opportunity for deeper understanding of all there is.

As we learn to accept those around us, embrace the many seasonal changes or adapt and grow in a nano-second, we smile blissfully without fear or without reservation of doing what we are called to do. It is this moment now that we stand tall, accepting that call…allowing our gifts and Light to shine forth.

Stepping into the Canvas with deeper understanding. As we let go of what we thought should be, we understand what will be. As we let go of might be, we allow what will be. As we let go of understanding in of itself, we let go of all there is. In letting go of all there is, we embody All There Is.

He Who Conquers That Fear

I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.~Nelson Mandela

Everyone has fears of some sort, but not everyone deals with them the same. Some ignore them and some are debilitated by their fears. What are we afraid of? Are we afraid of catching a cold from someone whom failed to wash their hands? Afraid of getting into a car crash? Afraid of failing at something we love to do?

Whatever the fear, we have a choice to let it motivate us or cripple us. Working with Cancer patients for the past twenty-three years has allow me to see that is far more important to live than worry how we are going to die. One day I will die, this is true. It is not that I am afraid of dying or not, but I am more concern with how I am going to live my day out today.

Stepping into the Canvas conquering fears. In my acceptance of fear, whilst pressing on, I have mastered my own emotions that which debilitate my next steps. Acknowledging these fears and focusing on the task at hand or the goal in mind, my attention remains on the living out my dreams of things.
