When things get bad…often times the best medicine is to sit down, allowing it to pass. We can fight whatever it is that troubles us, potentially creating more anxiety or angst…or…we could realize that some things are just out of our control. Just as the Canvas of Life rains upon our days, often it is mirrored into our days. During these moments…go inwards and allow it to pass…more wisdom will sure to follow…
