The Waiting Place

Timeless presence of future’s hold

Something greater yet appears — remaining in this most curious place — already checked out — uncomfortable, poetically becoming enjoyable. The others — already crossing us out from gathered simple conversations — no longer reaching for obligatory reflection — left on the verge of a great waiting place.

In between here and there,
the Darkness and Cold roll in.
No longer afraid,
but yet Alone the same.

An ending is near,
beginning thereafter.
The Warrior steps in,
only to step out.

Leaving behind Seeds
of Faith, Hope and Love.
Whether they grow,
no longer Her care.

It is time to move on;
more seeds to plant.
More love,
more Peace.

From past twisted fate — futures’ glow — integrating yesterday’s song and future revelations — simultaneously emitting light on darkened shadowy doubt. Stuck was the initial feel — sitting peacefully amidst the scars — afflictions of mind-body — spirit-filling void enters true.

The Warrior awaits,
patiently,
for the next task.
No longer here or there,
remaining In Between.

Our clock is striking soon,
time to begin again.
Spreading Love from Here
to there — everywhere in Between.

Stepping into the Canvas — remaining in love. Here or there — everywhere and wearisome— releasing great mysteries’ opportunity — sharing love with all encounters. The gift of waiting in place — present is, an intertwining — co-mingling of needed thought — love endures. Written off — niceties of the day flying out windows pain — holding firmly — spreading love’s favorite tune. The greater the feeling of this waiting place — greater is the love spreading in between.

Thank you, Paroma Sen, for this week’s prompt — often caught in between, telling stories of what has been or yet to come.

Thank you, Zay Pareltheon, Marilyn J Wolf, Viraji Ogodapola, Paroma Sen, Samantha Lazar, Wry Welwood, and the whole Scrittura family for sharing these words.

Much gratitude for those who take time to read, ponder, and allow the inner workings of self to come forward. Grateful for the feedback, love shared, and, more importantly, the Dance with Inspiration. Deep Peace.
