We can choose to listen to the mirror, claiming we are aged and old; or listen to our hearts, young and free is what we shall be. It is all in our own perception and our beliefs. Quoting Henry Ford, “If we think we can or we think we can’t, we are probably right.”

Let go of the limiting beliefs and embrace the limitless potential we have within. If there are current boundaries set within the sands of time, change them…and change them now. We are born to be free… we are young at heart.
